Hello Everyone,
I'm from Ireland and am just finishing film school here. I was wondering what my next step would be and was saving to get a new camera and when RED slashed the price of the RED ONE it became clear to me what to go for. So Applied for the Loan and it that comes through I will be joining you fellow RED ONE owners.
I have been mostly shooting on DSLR and a few other things but nothing to the standard of the RED so I'm looking forward to (hopefully) using it soon.
On my order I could only spend a certain amount so I ordered.
RED ONE
DSMC Media Pack
Red Mag 64 GB
AC power adapter
Nikon Mount
Base Production Pack (rig)
With this it means I can lift the rig and use it indoors as soon as I get it as I can connect to Tv with HDMI to just use the camera for myself to get used to it.
From now to christmas I plan to invest in 2 Batteries and a possible HDMI / HDSDI monitor with 1080p / 720p.
I'm hoping with this Kit that I can get a bit more work in Ireland and hopefully the camera will pay most of itself off but only time will tell. Anyway I hope this Loan comes through and I can get heavily involved in this great community.
