I like the concept, but the telescoping action is rather bumpy as you can see in that video at 20s mark. If they can smoothen that out - I would be more then interested...

The crane is very smooth, actually. That one shot you point out is a gopro attached to about 7 plastic gopro extensions and clamped to the side of the crane. At the time it was the only way we could get an on-crane shot about a foot off to the side. Just looking at that gopro setup caused it to bounce around. Shots from a camera attached to a PT head are as smooth as butter.

More video will be posted soon with shots from a camera mounted on a PT head.
