  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Porsche vs. Camaro

Jarred,

Did you have to reach up to hit record or did you have it rigged with the LCD and a trigger in the passenger seat?
Very cool images. Whew!

David

Very nice, Jarred.

It would be soo uncool not to show us the footage after this.

Btw, who won ?

Suction cups only no safties...
Brave.
Some sweet frames though.

Jarred, can't tell from the pics but am I to assume the issue of "rolling shutter" is not an issue? This is something us effects guys are hoping. With the tracking shots at these speeds it would be evident. Lovely shots. Is there a chance we can get some 16bit tiff or dpx files at full size so we can have a play with the delicious levels etc? Cheers.

Jarred,

Much better times than getting a flat on the way to Utah in January, eh? :)
What a difference a few months makes, holy crap. Cool shots, man.

Sorry Evin.. this was a last minute "hell lets go shoot something" day. Its cool having a team of guys that all shoot, edit and drive like maniacs.

Zak, Sean, Kevin and Isreal made me proud. Zak did such a good job of keeping the camera car close to the action that his brake pads actually caught on fire.

And who knew good old Jon could drive well enough to give Matt's 911 a run for the money.

Wait, so if this was last minute... did you guys go guerilla and not get the necessary permits? :gun:

Bravo! Can't wait to see even some 1K footage - I LOVE chase scenes.

Dude, can you please post a hi-res version of this one to use as a desktop wallpaper? I want it!!!!!

Hallelujah, finally, something from other than JJ that doesn't look like a low polygon lightwave render!!!

Dang it! I'm getting tired of you guys posting awesome BTS pics and then NEVER posting any footage! Gosh, ya'll haven't released moving shots since...milk girls? Come'on! Post this!! :-)
