  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I tried to find a post on this subject but was unable. When I monitor direct from my Epic camera to an HDMI monitor the picture looks perfect but when I set the camera to playback mode and playback the same clip from the camera to the same HDMI monitor it looks like it is about 1/2 resolution. Almost like an interlaced still frame. Is this normal? I pulled some stills from the drive and played them back through FCP and they were back to full quality again. Is this normal? I tried it with my monitor output set to 1080P and to Auto.
