[Solved] I just picked up this Jib, has a built in manual pan/tilt head thats all run on an internal pulley system. I want give her a fresh overhaul, and I tried looking up some more info but was unable to track her down. The 'boom' name doesn't bring up much, not sure if its a brand identifier, or something a previous owner put on or...? :/ (the person I bought it directly off of didn't know anything about it)

any ideas fellas?

Looks like fairly standard hardware parts and fittings. You may want to upgrade the cables and pulleys if they are worn.

My recollection is that it is a Barber Baby Boom. Used to be pretty popular back in the day....

Hope that helps

Right on the money-- thanks Taylor!!

Cheers for the Link Todd-- I'm back and forth on restoring/upgrading the pulleys, or just scrapping them all together and adding a motorized head...
