If you scroll to the bottom of the page you'll see a popup "quick style chooser" at the very bottom that will allow you to enable an alternate interface that is more like the pre-heart attack interface.

I actually like this theme, it's much easier on the eyes...

The pages are smaller too (in kilobyte terms), the bandwidth saved is meaningful for those of us accessing over mobile connections. Retain this look, don't go back to stupidly heavy images and slow pages.

And this look is easier on eyes too.
