Please can you check if you have Settings > .. > Primary storage > Network ?

Hello, we are trying to resolve an issue with the RED (UK) tech in order cause Red Tether app is unable to properly work with at least Raven camera with Jetpack SDI and latest firmware 6.3.27
We've been chatting this morning, seems that our camera should show Network in the following menu:

Settings > Recording > Mode > Storage > Network
or
Settings > Recording > Mode > Primary Storage > Network

But it does not appear, and this might be the conflict / issue causing Red Raven currently not working with Red Tether.
Can you post your camera model and tell me if you have "Network", or only "local" and "external"

Not available here.. Latest firmware Raven

We will look into this. It appears as though tethering is not correctly being enabled when a Jetpack SDI is attached to the camera.
