Ok it's time to pull out the crystal balls and tea leaves.

Each person is to post the MONTH & YEAR the first production model (Not a beta unit) of Epic or Scarlet is to be released. Basically I don't care which model, the goal is to guess when the 1st of the new breed will ship.

The winner (1st one to post it) will get a nice gift from Abel Cine! (Mitch is reading this right now going "WTF?!?!?" Since I never spoke with him about this! Gonna see if I can corner him into something here!

So I'm gonna go first:

My guess is the following: Working Prototypes will be out Jan of 2010 and shipping April of 2010.

I predict Scarlet S35 will be the first of all the new camera models to ship. First units delivered end of October 2009.

Well, it seems the scarlet with fixed lens was going to be released originally in Sept., if I remember correctly.

One of Jims messages said the delay would be a couple of months, which would put that at about Nov. (Unless I missed another delay message.)

So with that I would go with Nov. 2009 for the fixed lens scarlet.
Though at this point, I would not be surprised if its put off a little longer.
