  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

[FS: OPTICS] PL to PL mount 2x teleconverter

First, Yes, the glass cell is the NIKON TC-200, Which is a fulll frame coverage glass.
About if they work with Hawk anamorphics C series, really I don't know because I can't proof with this lenses. The only I need too know, is if rear glass element of the Haks protrudes less than 16mm measured from the support for PL mount ears. If this is the case, then the TC will work great with its. (I think if spherical cells of C series are similar to lomos, then, it will work on 75mm and up but not with 50mm or less).

That extender is gorgeous.
It's looks the same as the red mounts but in black, works perfectly with the PL motion mount, steven morton dumb PL mount, and the regular Red Mount.
It'almost perfect on RPP, (it only adds some WPM on high contrast), on Lomo Ekran it's just perfect, as the WPM is inside the lenses themselves.

I still have to try them on my Hawk anamorphics, right now I can't but it should be ok I guess.

I have not an answer for you on this moment, because I haven't a master anamorphic set to check it.
I checked the information on arri page and looked some internet pics, of the rear part of the master anamorphics.
My conclusion is "May be can work", but I am not sure.
I f you are interested really on my TC, and you do not need it immediately, please let me know, because I have a camera rental hose friend that I know are waiting for his master anamorphic set from arri, and I could check it when the anas will arrived to his hands.

Well, i would like to use it also on my MPs so i get your advice and checked the back distant of my MPs , it's more than 16mm so i think it's not hanna sweet me.

Yes the TC only work on one or two foocals of masterprimes, but could be posiblle it works on master anas which has the rear glass deeper on the PL mount.
