Pinewood phone number / Power problem

My camera is currently on a shoot, and the charger has stopped supplying power to the camera (although it is still able to charge the batteries).

I have tried alll the usual tricks of powering it down, powering it back up, then starting the camera within 30 seconds, etc.

Both with and without the batteries on the charger.
Makes no difference.

Does anyone know the phone number for the UK Support centre in Pinewood?????

So the AUX LED never lights up at all when you've plugged in the aux cable with the camera on the end of it and tried the camera power switch? Do you have another power cable to try to eliminate the cable as a suspect?

Unfortunately not.

But Red at Pinewood said it is either the cable or the connector on the charger, so they want me to send them both in. Will do tomorrow.
