Photographing NHL player Roman Josi in "action" for Red Bull Switzerland

[JeanChristophe Dupasquier]

Yesterday I got a last minute call from Red Bull for photographing the Swiss national ice hockey team visiting and trying out our traditional Sport "Hornussen". I covered this mostly with my trusted 5D3, but I also wanted to try something new. So I brought my Scarlet with me and "photographed" this Sequence of NHL player Roman Josi in 4K, 8:1, 30fps. Used a 3 Legged Thing tripod and the superb Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8. Basic CC in Redcine-X, exported multiple PSD files and finished in Photoshop. Love that workflow!

And another one. This time I shot with a friends RED EPIC Dragon in 6K @ 75fps/RC13:1, again on the Sigma 18-35mm. New OLPF, didn't use DEB in Redcine-X, no noise reduction applied. Edited in Photoshop CC 2014.
