Phone Order?

Hi Everybody

I tried putting an order in online right after they went live. Sat around and had no luck so I called the Bomb Squad. Ordered over the phone and everything was sweet.

Only problem is I never got an order confirmation or order # or anything like that. I got an email from the guy I spoke with reconfirming which package I was after but I'm just wondering if the order actually went through.

I checked my open orders at the store and it is empty.

Anyone else experiencing the same thing or experienced the same thing in the past with phone orders?

I had to do the same as my final order screen locked up and wouldn't go to the next page. I'm waiting as well. She told me once it settled down she'd contact me in the next couple days.

I was told, phone orders were put in the system. We'll get a direct confirmation from our bomb squad rep.

I placed a phone order at ~10:15eastern .. as soon as they would let me.

Got an e-mail at 1:00am eastern from the rep that I had ordered with via phone to re-submit it via the web if I could. Unfortunately I didn't get that e-mail til 7am since I was asleep.

So then I resubmitted my order via the web.
