Phantom Power on 3.5mm inputs?

So I have the Wooden Camera ABox for my Epic, which passes phantom power to my microphone. Looking at the ABox for Weapon, it states it doesn't pass phantom power. So is it safe to say phantom power is not present on the modules with 3.5mm inputs? Assuming it's the pin # restriction since now both channels go through one jack.

On my Weapon with the Base Expander module I am using the appropriate Wooden Camera ABox and sadly there is no Phantom Power.
