Haha, I thought you were going to suggest a little tablet PC or something!

EDIT: HP just announced some quad-core laptops with 1920x1080 "DreamColor" displays - not sure exactly how pro they are color-wise, but at least they're trying...

Of course these have eSATA ports too - like most modern laptops have had for the last two years.
