Came across this via PetaPixel today and was really impressed. Haven't dug into it to see what it was shot on and who shot it but with the SFX and cinematography it feels a lot like a mix of Transformers and Fast and Furious. Whoever did the sound design was brilliant.

Love the tracking shots at a high shutter speed and the "herky-jerkiness" of some shots.

What do you guys think?

I certainly would like to know what it was shot on. Super good stuff. That desert location must have beat the shit out of that gear, no to mention tire flinging rocks all over the place. Very cool action, one thing that really stood out to me was how well the post audio was, especially in the ferrari spot. Pretty frickin exhilarating.

Funny to see this post today.
A producer I do a lot of work for is putting together a similar but different idea and wants to explore how we would record all the sound, live on location. HARD task!
I know that you can get bits but for the most part many many many hours in sound design on these clips (I would assume...) but bloody well done.

Did you see that Russian Arm shot behind the Jeep no protection on the camera!!!

Whats the old saying?
Dont be gentle its a rental...

Hey, so funny to see this here. I haven't been on the forum for some time but always good to come back and say hi!

The first joyride ferrari film was shot on master primes and angeniuex zoom on alexa mini. Aerials shot on red. Car mount shots on Sony a7rII.

The Baja one was fuji cabrio and ultraprimes.

The third one coming out will be fuji 24-180mm (love this lens) and Ultraprimes.

Ever since the Cinemek and DVX100, I've been a fan of your work!
