These hybrid cameras are getting much better at video. I would not blame you for choosing this over a proper cinema camera.

Just a point to think about: the Sony A7 from 2014 has 14 stops of DR. So we really haven't found a way to go beyond that (some cameras do but they are cinema cameras).
