Package information..

[Darryl Harris]

There will be a Raven package with a different, to be determined/announced price, for those Raven Package customers who want a case, similar to Weapon Magnesium.

Also, for those who have not deposited for Raven yet, my suggestion is that you get started on that as soon as possible, as the price of Raven may go up after shipping has started, pre orders are safe though. Just wanted to pass this message along..

"Heh heh heh that's a bit of a stretch but we are working on a killer price for the Raven Packages customers to get a case too. Raven is already too good of a deal and don't be surprised if the cost of Raven goes up sometime after we start shipping ( don't worry all you guys that have your pre-orders in are safe )" -Jarred (announcing Scarlet W thread)

That's actually what I was just about to make a thread for...

If we ordered just the RAVEN brain, what kind of case comes with it? I assume it's a pretty minimalist one.

Likely the standard issue cardboard case. Very nice as far as vanilla shipping boxes go... But it seems as though the Weapon/Scarlet-W cases are out of this world... Better than the Pelicans the Epic upgrades came with. So good that we won't need to buy another Peli or a Porta Brace. We'll find out soon...!

Yea I wonder what the case by itself will cost since I just found out it will be available for purchase separately, also makes me wonder what type of deal Raven packages would get.

Still leaning toward brain only, but this makes things interesting. Especially with how much people are switching over from Raven to Scarlet W on a weekly basis.

[Erick Liu]

The case would probably be like the scarlet's

The cardboard one, not really reusable, but hey, a free 1-time case right?
