Ok, i see it now..thanks Jason. Unfortunately, most of those framerates...if not all we would not use underwater. Topside shooting for sure. And we have the Denecke which is a horse.

30fps definitely works as do 48 & 60. Good luck.

Thanks Jason....yep, 30fps is ideal for us on timebase of 24....and when we have enough light 48fps....

Some one mentioned other camerass. Ive shot alot on Photron up to 2000 fps. 3D, macro, High speed is a challenge.

Guys: can we shoot TimeLapse and HDRX in 3d ? I've not tested yet, and going to check next week if i can get gen/sync for timelapse mode...hdrx is also a mystery to me....hoping others have tried and know this...using latest build 4.06.

Official word is, it doesn't work so I haven't bothered testing it, but it sure seems like it would be good.

I was told probably never for HDRx, and I'm not sure about TL, definitely want to test that tho'.
Theoretically I was hoping if one camera is slaved to a master camera with time-lapse enabled, it would trigger both cams at the exact moment in time.
Again, untested but I hope to do so soon.

Yes, one would think that triggering via camera firmware of some sort OR by an external device---why not T.C. Generator or some sort of intervolometer to use as a stills camera to do TL photos ? All purely a thought in my head with no knowlege of how or why this should work. This merely makes using the epic which is to be video/stills camera a much more useful tool to those working in 3d. I hate to think of now having to find a way to take down underwter a stills beam splitter rig for which we have no housing for it....but the hardware of course to shoot stills TL in 3d beamsplitter configuration exists and is available....but again, building a housing for that is an entirely new thing all together....
