Output on RED touchscreen and HDMI simultaneously

Hi

Via my DSMC2 V-lock adapter I can get the image out on the SDI output simultaneously with the RED touch screen, but I can not get the image out via the HDMI connection simultaneously with the RED touch screen.

Am I doing something wrong here...?

Is your touchscreen on the top or the side pogo?

Side pogo and HDMI will not work as they share the same video pipeline.

I would file a ticket with RED.

Despite using the top POGO, there's still a setting in the camera to choose between the two. It's possible it doesn't read HDMI. I believe this setting is under Monitor Control. It's a little drop down menu.

This may be a stupid thing to suggest, but just double check that it's not the wire or the device it is outputting to via HDMI. A lot of times, I end up with a crappy HDMI that I need to swap out or that the monitor I am outputting to isn't set to the right input.

Like Anthony said as well, make sure HDMI is enabled through monitor control.

Otherwise, I'd tend to believe that something is wrong with either the actual HDMI jack or the module. Just my guess.
