Red says that they will soon release a firmware update that will allow the original Red EVF to be used on the Scarlet-X.
Does anyone have more detailed, accurate info on that?
I ask, because we like the Original EVF better than the Bomb for several reasons, and would hate to be forced to use the Bomb EVF instead.
Any insight into this, or updated information, is much appreciated.
Also, what is the best configuration for the Scarlet-X for use on a tripod with 19mm rails and articulating arms? What Red accessories would we need to create that?
