Has anyone tried making a breakout box for the original EVF so it can be used with other camera systems? Either HDMI or HD-SDI, plus 12v power?
No one seems to want the one I have for sale so I thought I'd try to repurpose it, perhaps for one of my Sony F3s.
I looked for a thread to see if it's been discussed before, but I cannot find one...
I'm guessing there is a board of some sort, either in the camera or the EVF itself, so this may not be practical or even feasible.
