Orders from RED

Hey, I did a order on a new lens on red.com 17-50 for 6000 USD then they transfered it o Europe
and the lens now cost 150 USD more when a must pay in GBP.
It don´t feels right to the customer when the price is not right.

Can anyone explain this for me?

when you buy stuff from de USA , you have to pay importtaxe when it arrives in de UK. As a UK is Europe in The Netherlands we don't pay extra taxes. I don't know about Sweden....

All RED products supplied from Red Europe include shipping costs and import duties from the US to the UK (EU).
From thereon in, shipping within the EU will not incur any further duty, (apart from VAT if you are not registered), only shipping charges from the UK.
If you had imported the goods direct from the US, you would have been responsible for any duty applied at the point of entry to the EU.
Import duties vary depending upon the goods.
