  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Ordered Scarlet-X has status canceled in online Open Orders list?

I have the original order in dollars cancelled, but the order re-listed below in pounds sterling. Perhaps it's due to our being in the EU?
 
I wouldn't worry. That happened to me too. Is probably a better system for them to keep track of what has shipped, or is being fulfilled and what still needs to happen.

Same here, but I ordered a package and it's not listed as package anymore but every single item of the package, making it a total of £ 9.645, which is actually $ 15.468.
So what are those additional $ 1.470 for or where do they come from?

For the Al package, can anyone confirm the price of £ 9.645 ?
 
Yep, I can confirm the amount of 9645 Sterling for the Al package, and the breakdown per item. I just hope the additional cost relates to stamp duty, already expected the price to bump up for European orders. Lets hope that's where it stays.

Including or not VAT ?
 
just the 9750 dollars for camera, mount, ssd module, equate to 6079 punds, not the 6670 pounds.
I´m probably missing something. It looks like something around 9/10% was added.

I am thinking this will be excluding VAT. Of course, if you are paying as a registered company in Europe, you should be able to claim back the VAT through european deferred tax regulation.
Can't wait to start using the Scarlet, the best thing to come along in my field of work after the Sony F3.

Import duties, insurance & shipping to EU. You would probably pay more if you'd import yourself a REDCAM from the US.
