There will be times where I will need to turn around 1080p files quickly - as much as I would like to shoot everything at 4K, it simply isn't feasible for every job.
So - I'm trying to find the best way to mount a Ki Pro Mini to the Scarlet.
I'm planning on using a Vmount adapter plate in order to power the Scarlet and then the Ki Pro off the dtap.
I can find a million ways to mount these things with rails... I was just trying to see if there was a decent way to do it without rails as well, just to stay as compact as possible.
I was considering using the AJA mounting plate for the Ki Pro Mini, but I"m not sure if that can be attached to the rear of the Scarlet directly.
Any thoughts or advice, especially from any members using the Ki Pro Mini with Epic, would be appreciated.
Thanks.
