Optimising PC system for Dragon Workflow

Hi everyone. So a while back I built a computer to deal with my RED Epic footage. I've just upgraded to Dragon and have started to feel the crunch on my system. I originally bought the system to have the ability to be optimised and overclocked dramatically. The big issue I've been having is that even though I have relatively high spec parts in the computer, I have no idea how to optimise it all for a video-editing workflow and cannot for the life of me find anyone here in Melbourne (Australia) who can do it! I have a feeling my current problems lie in how my HDD/SSD are laid out. My current NL-E Workflow revolves around Adobe CC2014 and Resolve. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I'm even up for buying new parts if needed. Cheers all!

If you're using a Red Rocket, that system is overkill, but it's about the right overall performance for a Rocket-X.

Not looking to buy a Rocket-X. Will probably invest in 2 Titan X GPU's. But still need to optimise the rest of the system.

Do you plan on SLI with those two Titan X? Because that won't do much for video.

I plan to start with just 1 and see how it goes. I was reading a post by Phil Holland about possibly running 2, but waiting out to see how that works out for him.
