I cant for the life of me open the Epic upgrade file on Mountain Lion Mac. Tried Stuff it, tried changing the extension it just keeps saying it cant recognize the file. How are you mac guys upgrading your Epics with these files, Im sure its something silly so sorry in advance.

Hi Paul

You don't open the .bin file. You copy the force_upgrade folder including the .bin file onto a formatted SSD card and start the camera up with it.

But please follow the much more detailed instructions in the "Epic_read_me_build_vx.x.xx.txt" file that accompanies the force_upgrade folder when you unzip the downloaded firmware file, with precautions and procedures to follow to ensure a problem free upgrade.

Whoops. I am reading the file, I misread...it says "uncompress" the 3.3.15 zip file....its been a long day, thank you! First time Ive updated my Epics.
