One question about pre-order

Hello everybody, nice to meet you.
I would like to know which is the steps to pre-order a Scarlet body. I know the Scarlet it´s not available now but what? How? is the steps to purchase a camera when the date has come
I´m read in a few forums that the pre-order will not available to new customers, the first items will be send to customers that they bought a REDONE cameras before.
At this moment I think to buy a two bodies ( Scarlet and Redone ) and I like to purchase at the same time.

It´s true ?

Thanks for your replies. I hope about pre-order that will be easy to buy a Scartlet ( With lens or without it ), too many users hope the launch before summer.....maybe until NAB2011 . I think the stock of Scarlet will be enough to everybody....It´s too hard to wait one year to buy a new cameras and the stock will be insufficient at launch event.
