  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Ketch, I forgot to ask, how many installments are on the drawing board? I realised I automatically assumed a trilogy but its sounding like a huge project. :construction:

its call "LIVE Chronicles" because the events of the Chronicles are written as they have happened or short after they have, there for making them "LIVE CHRONICLES"!


"A live chronicle is where one or more authors add to a chronicle in a regular fashion, recording contemporary events shortly after they occur. Because of the immediacy of the information, historians tend to value live chronicles".

In this case off course, it is not entirely so, as I have been writing for many years and have not published the stories, but the term mentains his truth to the term.

there are 9 (NINE) Sequels, to the story, this is one of the reasons I stated that this his going to be the most ambitious project, in Cinema History, but not the only reason, or by far the biggest, this is a comprehensive project, that embraces so many aspects of Entertainment, with the participation of the biggest cast of celebrities ever assembled to make their appearances in the various Sequels, this project, equally to all my projects, will give a large somme of its net proceeds to CHARITY, for Humanitarian causes, and will have a Global involvement, in such a way that has never been seen before in recorded History!

As I get more and more work done on this colossal project, and have some copyrighted info returned as registered, I'll post the Synopsis of the all story, which in turn will be broken down in the "9" Sequels.

I appreciate so much the interest of you all, and I thank you for your participation to this pool.

In that case, I voted for (A) because rather than limiting the subtitles to being "PERSEVERANCE I, II, etc., later on you might want to rework them and make them more specific to a philosophy or a message that you want to convey.

If it's all one story - then I would definitely make it all the same name. I think anything you can do to establish your brand (in this case "Ketch Rossi"), one should do.

Otherwise, if each movie is a movie unto itself, individual names are fine. I think the names are naming the story.

Hi Mark, and thanks for your reply.

Yes they will be able to each stand in its own, but they are nonetheless a continuation of one an other, even so its called Chornicles, they don't always fall in order, but mostly they do, this why "Chronicles"

My decision has been from the very start to have "Live Chronicles of KETCHROSSI' with each individual film having its own title as well, just like in the Lord of the Ring, Chronicles of Narnia, Harry Patter Etc.

But after a meeting I was asked to consider Numerical additions as well, that is why I posted here to get imputs form you guys, and now I'm more firmly convinced that I was right from the begin, and I should not let them push me in to changed to numerical, for my reasons and many of those posted here by you guys.

Upon completion of the films, dare I say Epics. Giant facilities will be constructed for annual viewing by the masses. Something like the Ring cycle by Wagner.
 
jimhare and ocular, I appreciate your inputs, but the title main must title must remain "Live Chronicles of KETCHROSSI" as it has already been agreed upon, also calling my Rising Star, for one I'm not so sure, as anything that rises, at one point will always fall!

And anyway I'm already a "STAR":matrix: just people don't know it yet:sarcasm:

Hey Chuck, thanks for the kind words.

One thing that I can say for sure is that this project will be, from the very moment that Principal Photography starts, talked about and featured in such a way that no other has ever been covered.

And not because I'm the new greatest Filmmaker, but because this road has already been mapped from years and years of work, and mostly because of what this project stands for, not that this true story will not be one of the great ones ever told, "IT WILL BE", but there have been many other great true stories, just that they didn't had some one like me behind, my dedication to this project is of "ABSOLUTE and UNCONDITIONAL", and it is more important then Life it self, as my Life, what little remains of it, will be ... well ... gone soon, while this project will not only stay for a long time, but the work that will be done via this project will ECO for generations!


And as we all know that nothing in life is certain, I can guarantee that what it is CERTAIN, is that every single Breath of Air that remains in me, will be spent in making this ... the Biggest and most Comprehensive Film Project to ever hit the Screen, and not for its content, budget or list of Stars, but for its Purpose and its Ramifications true out the entire Globe!!!

I wanted to thank you all for your inputs here.

The decision for the title will remain as originally planned and as of the majority of the votes here, prove that it was a good decision from the start.

Also fallowing the suggestion of the beautiful and charming Robin from Skyreal (the guys from the chopper you guys see at the RED Both @ NAB) I'll be adding the numeric on the Subtitle, as to give a following of the Sequels, and in doing so I'll be adding both, the Sequel Number as well as the total Sequels Number, like so:

K E T C H R O S S I
3FORTY9 I/IX


Live Chronicles of
K E T C H R O S S I
Perseverance II/IX


Live Chronicles of
K E T C H R O S S I
Angel of Death III/IX



I think you get the idea, so all NINE Sequels will have their individual SubTitle and numeric Sequel.


BTW: some times after reading some of my own statements, I THINK I SHOULD LOWER THE MEDICATIONS DOSIS:w00t: BUT I CAN'T :) :)

The GOOD thing is that I do really mean all that I write, and mean to achieved "ALL TOO":construction: no matter how "PRETENTIOUS" it might sound.
