  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hey guys, surprisingly I've never had to do this before. But we had an unsurpassable error with a particular setup with a RED Scarlet.

3K HD, 48fps, 225 Degree Shutter, 6:1 Compression and .... **Look Around Enabled** Build = 5.1.14 SCARLET

After a few minutes of troubleshooting I figured out it was the Look Around Enabled in that exact configuartion that gave the error with every recording.

Log file is saved, where do I submit it?
 
Hey Karl, long time no talk.

5.1.14 is a beta build… Can you guys update to the latest official firmware (5.1.35)? It'll likely help.

On the flip side, contact tech support or your bomb squad rep and they'll give you the appropriate email to send the log file to.
 
This is fixed in the 5.1.35 release.
