OLPF settings advices for full res

Hi,
I'am new in the forum and to Red workfow as well

I'm using the OLPF compensation settings.
There are 3 areas I can configure:

Sharpen, detail and denoise with both values from off to high. (using Scratch but I beleive it's a general question also)

Are there "best" practises I'd need to know on the subject (apart from deciding according to the footage)?

Don't touch detail or sharpen. Use denoise to remove chroma noise if you need too.
