  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Offhollywood starts 2nd "all RED" feature -

How do you like the EVF Mark?

simply awesome. actually, can't imagine working without it now. Having more "hot buttons" to toggle meters is really great -

It needs a different mounting solution then the arm - we suspect Red will offer another mount - if not, we'll have something designed and made -

Was that you last night on Crosby St.? Thought I spied a RED on the sticks.

Curious about what's wrong with the arm? I haven't seen it in person but from the photos, it looked like it provides more placement options than usual for viewfinders.

Simultaneous outputs are a logical feature. Glad to see this undergoing testing. Offhollywood, you guys really rock with the trail you're blazing for the rest of us. Thanks for taking the time to share.

Just speculation, but if the arm always has to be locked, then you'd have to unlock it and lock it when you make any small adjustment. If that's the case it's more of a hassle to tilt the viewfinder up or down, which I find I need to do a lot of in a days shooting.

Who's the guy that looks like Jamiroquai? Is that you Mark?
