Hi All -Parting ways with my OConnor Ultimate DVS Head and Carbon legs -As you can see this tripod is in pretty good condition for how old it is and its a workhorse. It has a few bumps and bruises but what tripod doesn't if its out working on gigs. The head is still super tight and very fluid -never had a problem with leaks.
I do want to point out one issue with the legs but it does not affect it working as you can see from the photos. On the pic with the close up with the spreader -you will notice that one of the locks handle is broken off-it is stuck at the lock position but right now it does not affect the spreader from being taller or the legs spread a little bit
from the images in the photos.
I have researched a new spreader and B&H photo has one for around $350
Ive used the tripod this way for some time -and never had a problem. You still won't be disappointed with this unit.
