I have an Oconnor Ultimate 1030HDs I am servicing and I need a replacement screw for it.
The brass screw that the tilt lock lever is attached to is slightly bent and causes the tilt lock lever to rub on the head. I am looking to replace this screw.

I contacted Oconnor/Vitec support and was told this model head is no longer supported, so they do not sell spare parts for it and do not have access to a parts diagram.

Can anyone link me to a parts diagram for this head?

Or is anyone identify a part number/third party that stocks the tilt lock lever screw?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I did check the Vitec parts store, but they only have parts listed for the 1030D and the 1030Ds, not the HDs.
It appears the 1030HDs tilt lock lever and tilt lock lever screw are different than those of the 1030D(s), but it is hard to tell from the diagram.
Can anyone confirm if the 1030HDs shares the same tilt lock lever screw as any other Oconnor heads? I asked Vitec, but they basically told me they don't support this model anymore, so they can't answer any questions about it.

I think this kind of approach / reply from a fluid heads manufacturer (which should last decades) is nonsense
and we should decide which brand invest our hard earned money in based on this.

I'm quite positive that if O'Connor was still the real deal like before this would't have happened...

BTW Try some WW service centers, they could have some spare parts left...or try to source a faulty identical head to salvage the parts you need.

These are your only chances before making the parts yourself with a machine shop.
