I need to transcode from REDCINE a single 285gb clip recorded on Helium at 6k HD 9:1
Its a talk I recorded at an auction house here in the Manhattan last minute for a friend. I never shoot this type of thing and now can't get my MacBook Pro to transcode this fast enough, even when turning all settings to their lowest debayer and noise settings. I regret I didn't make use of the in camera ProRes which I never use!
I can bring in a 7200 rpm external USB 3 Glyph drive and set it to go in REDCINE
Maybe a good chance to meet local RED shooters or do a trade for EPIC-W time?
