NVIDIA Quadro 4000 Graphics Card Install on MAC - HELP

Ok,
So just bought and installed the Quadro 4000 for my Mac Pro 4.1 2.26ghz & 32gb ram QuadCor Intel Xeon

1. Took out my ATI card and of course downloaded new drivers for NVIDIA first.
2. Removed old Graphics card and installed new Quadro 4000
3. Repaired all permissions using Disk Utility
4. Finally rebooted machine

*all seems to be working well - Im NOT on OSX 10.7 as NVIDIA recommends.

PROBLEM ? I go to see more about my system under the apple Icon; then to "About this Mac" then to "More Info"; Then down to PCI Cards; I see all my Cards here (see attached)

What is peculiar is NVIDIA Quadro 4000 is listed twice like below:
NVIDIA Quadro 4000 Display Controller Driver installed: YES Slot: 1
NVIDIA Quadro 4000 NVDA, Parent Driver installed: NO Slot: 1

So, should i have another driver for the NDVA Parent? I've checked various forums and have seen one other person ask this question, but no answers.....

Anyone else using NVIDIA Quadro 4000 on Mac and can verify?

**Lastly, i might mention i'm running dual screens, when i go to watch a video full screen on my right side monitor and unplug the 2nd (left screen) monitor---then my right side screen (after 2-3 mins) begins flashing full screen blue and then to what i'm watching...so when i turn back on the left side monitor (plug back in) it all works fine. NEVER have i had this issue with my ATI card.

Ok....from Customer support: as long as graphics driver is installed, they say that line 2 that shows NDVA, Parent (no driver) should be ok

Anyone running this card should be aware of NEW (well--from NVIDIA site--not CD) drivers:

BUT, screen still flashes blue...when unplug 2nd monitor and watch video at full screen.
