Is that the conclusion we've come to? I've tried EVERYTHING, but can't seem to output anything but those purple, static, frozen Quicktime files out of Red Cine. I've uninstalled and reinstalled (with Pacifist) my Quicktime (now the v. 7.3.1 that's supposed to work), RedCine and Red Alert.

The last factor I can find is that my graphics card just isn't up to snuff. I'm running Mac OSX with an NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

It's not your card, it's your version of RedCine. Many of us are having the same issues on ATI cards. No worries. There'll be a new RedCine any day now.
