RED 3.1 upgrade with Red Rocket support.

NUKE 6.1 now supports the latest version of the RED codec for newer R3D cameras using Mysterium. NUKE 6.1 also adds hardware acceleration support for Red Rocket users.

I'm really impressed with the Foundry lately. Delivering really solid programs, and I think the transition from shake is nearly complete for high end compositing.

Anybody out there have nuke+rocket? We don't have the rocket to test.

Impressive

We'll check how they work RR this coming week.

Does this mean you can use a redrocket card for outputting to broadcast monitor? Or do you still have to use an aja card for that?

I dont get it, which part does it say supporting red rocket ?

Am i missing something ?

The original press release which announced Rocket support was a little premature. I pointed that out to The Foundry and they amended it.

Don't worry, Rocket support in Nuke will be here soon.
