Now That We Know

[jjneff]

What Canon, Nikon and others have out this year it all is coming down to RED. I have been watching with much interest and after the 5D, 7D, D3s and such I am still convinced Scarlet is my best bet! I what those frame rates and that ability to edit RAW. All the other cameras are great espically the 7D for its price but I think RED will come out on top of this in 2010.

All this Canon talk is just a bunch of mumbo jumbo nonsense filling the void as we await ship dates on DSMC. Then we'll see who's who in the zoo.

Even the Scarlet 2/3" is going to smoke these vDSLRs so badly that we will not even be talking about them anymore. To me, all this Canon vs Red talk is nothing but background noise as the DSMC release approaches.

Red D Day = Oct 30.

Prices, prices, please...
I can´t wait no more.
How about dof with that 8x fixes lenses? Will it be like a Panasonic Pro AG-HMC151 or more like a good photographic lens with a really nice bokeh?

One week...and maybe if money allow me I´ll forget Nikon and Canon and all camcorders in the world too as film tools for good ,-)

One weeeeekkkkkk ,8^S

I sure could use another hint from Jim to hold me over for the next week!

Well, Jim usually starts spilling some beans here and there before big announcements. At least little hints.

I'm sure Jim is just bursting at the seems trying to keep all the great news in. It's a good thing I don't run RED, I can't keep a secret to save my life.
