Not receiving audio signal on Mic1

I have an olympus ME52 mic plugged into mic1 on my Scarlet-x but I'm not getting any signal.

Try a $5 radioshack mono/stereo 3.5mm headphone adapter. Make sure audio input is not set to balanced.

Make sure audio input is not set to balanced.

Select unbalanced and they should work. I run the same mics on my Dragon without issues
