Not powering on

Hi Everyone, after finally receiving my Raven I assemble it together and my brain does not turn on, no V mount power and the DC power doesn't work either. I'm at a lost cause i contacted RED support and they're getting me a ticket. a brand new brain not working. I'm so disappointed. has anyone had luck with tech support? how long should I expect to wait?

Which power plate do you have?

I/0 V-Lock?

Base Expander?

Wooden Camera?

Have you switched on the power button on the v-lock expander? With a little star mark.

Very late reply but I had to ship my camera back, ended up being the DSMC 2 Base V lock expander V Lock mount with broken pins, its been 4 weeks and they're still evaluating and i have gotten my camera back unfortuantly. the brain is fine they're still doing testing on the modules.. I wish they would just replace everything since its all brand new.
