Noob Question about top handle for Raven + Outrigger!!!

Sup guys! just wondering is it possible to keep the outrigger and add the top handle on top of the Raven? The side handle wont be available till late oct im guessing but ino it would be the best option but im just so dang impatient... :ack2:
