Hello,
Maybe someone got the same problem and can help me.
I Have a Scarlet, Red Battery belt adaptor, Dynacore 220S V-lock battery , Swit Travel charger.

All this has worked perfectly for the past 6 mounth, great batteries very long duration.

Now I got a Dual battery charger and when I fully charge the batteries, my scarlet won't start. When I plug the batteries with the D tap on the battery belt adaptor it works. When I use the batteries on another device it works. When those batteries get a little bit discharged with another device and then pluged back in my scarlet, it works again. Lastly when I fully charge those batteries on my travel charger like before it works fine again.

My theory is that my new dual battery charger some how hover charge the batteries and my Scarlet refuse to work since they maybe goes over the 17v power limit.

So my question is does any one heard of that? Does that happens with other battery charger , can I buy another one safely?

Here are some infos on my gear:
the dual charger : Input AC : 90~240 VAC, 47~63 Hz Output Charging Terminals 1 and 2 : 16.8 V 2.6 A
Batteries : http://www.dynacore-battery.com/productshow.asp?id=149
Battery Belt: http://www.red.com/store/products/battery-belt-clip-dsmc

Thanks Stu,
That all put me in the same position as before with my traveller charger which works fine.
What I'm looking for is a dual charger that doesn't hover charge.

On some spects of dual chargers I can read " a 1V over charge doesn't affect your equipment"
And I'm guessing the Scarlet doesn't accept 1v over charger.

So I think I should be looking for a dual charger that doesn't over charge...
