  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hiring low budget kit to low budget film makers in UK and Europe.

Basic red kit with nikon mount and

Nikon 35mm 1.8
Nikon 85mm 1.8
Nikon 85-300mm 2.8
11-17mm 2.8

cf cards, onboard hard drive, etc...

Mac book pro, final cut all ready for delivery.

Also Data wrangler camera assist.

150 euros per day.

Strickly non-commercial gigs only.

Yes, i'm the data wrangler and i know the setup well. This isn't a commercial offering, it's available for short film/ aspiring film makers and project dependent. Basically i like working with artists and I am in Europe for a short time.
 
Jason's a great guy, I know him well and he's worked on a few of my multi-cam productions here in Sydney before taking his Red overseas to explore the world with Red eyes.

He was obviously careful to avoid bringing rental rates down by refusing commercial jobs. Don't worry about why he's doing it or whether he'll make money, he's obviously in it for different reasons.

No one will lose money over this.

Anyone making a short film or personal project should take him up on this offer, he's wonderful to work with.

P.S. I brought my Red, grips and lighting kit out and shot for free for a couple of young kids just starting out the other day. I wish more people did that when I was starting out. At least Jason will come away with 150 Euros for gas money!

Spot on as usual. Commonsense prevails.

Repeat this is for non commercial gigs to help people with interesting artistic ventures who wouldn't normally go Red route due to budget limitations.

I'm not here to make money on this just to meet some other artists and like Jim said, get some fuel money.

It is for a short time only before returning to Australia. Short films and music videos or other artistic ventures that show merit and strictly non- commercial.
