Noga arm repair?

Hi does anyone know where I can send in a Noga arm and if they're even fixable? My cine arm was dropped on set by the AC last weekend and it snapped right at the hinge point. It looks like it would be just the center bolt that needs to be replaced. I've tried emailing the Noga office in Israel but no response.

where did you buy it from? contact their sale / repair department. we have noga arms break every other month and just send them to (creative video) the vendor.

I've got a stripped red-arm bolt, and I bet the handled nut end has to be replaced too. Anyone know where to get replacement nut/bolt combos for the RED Arms?
