No weapons in the kitchen

So I just recieved a new kitchen gadget in the mail, and in the disclaimers it reads This is not a toy or weapon. Weapon? When did that get added to disclaimers? It's a cake ring, with no sharp edges. Did I miss something while sleeping?

uff, I remember reading that gruesome article about the cat and the three kids... oh my goodness. There was also a pretty stupid-funny article about a guy warming up a brick thinking to use it in a towel to use it as a warm-pack for his achy muscles. Ended up being the fire brigade and a policeman with his hand upon his head and with slight cracked smile written across his face.

I mean, the brick idea isn't the worst. Putting it in the regular oven is ok, just not in the microwave oven. :/
