No Video in Redcine Thumbnails

When importing clips I shot this week (build 17) into RedCine I get : correct clip names, correct clip running times, but no video. I’ve tried both 3.12 and 3. 18 with the same outcome. I see video on older clips that I shot last year and this week’s clips show up fine in the QT proxies as well as Red Alert. I even uninstalled 3.12, deleted the library, and installed 3.18. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I have the same issue..
I can import Older clip (2 weeks older) and I can't import clip from yesterday.. Strange

In your case is it just with recent footage? I was fine all the way through last week.

try to edit some metadata, ie:

change de ISO value from 320 to 250.

et voila! :smile5:

I found it in material from diferent cameras with diferent builds. and in diferent RC versions.
