Hi, our camera man was using pre record and when he went to download the shots off the drive some of them didn't have an .R3D file just a pre0001/ pre0002/pre0003 and so on...
It sounds to me like the file hasn't been completed / closed is this the case and are these clips save-able.
Also he has a 2nd drive which isn't letting him record at all just keeps coming up with Codec Record Error (I think he's already tried reformatting) any ideas greatly received?
