No power via DC IN

Hello Everybody,

I want to power my Scarlet-W with a d-tab to dc in cable. (Coming from IDX ENDURA Battery)

Doing this, the Camera seems to get no power, the green LED beside the DC in is not flashing - camera does not start.

Same Cable and Battery on a different Scarlet is working

The DC in of my camera is working, just tested it with the standard power cable.

Any Ideas ? I got the latest firmware, and did not find something in the camera menu.

If this cable is from Aliexpress double check polarity!
I have these cables for Red and Alexa mini from this factory and they had reversed polarity.

so the same cable worked on another Scarlet-w but not on yours?
did you test your DC input with the red power cable?

Yes,the cable did work on another scarlet, and yes tried the redpower cable on my cam - it works....

sounds odd but could be the expander. When I got my epic-w with base expander the lemo dc in wouldn't work with my ac adaptor or dtap cable, but would work with a different red ac adaptor for some reason. Sending the base expander and ac adaptor for repair solved the issue quickly.
