No picture with EVF after 1:1 magnification

I wonder this is a Build 20.1.3 bug: When I switch back from 1:1 magnifiction to full view there is sometimes no picture. All the menus are still visible, but there is only a black picture. Toggle between 1:1 and full helps getting the picture back.

Anybody else experience this?

yep,

i did this yesterday at a shoot and I was staring at the monitor (it also does this on the LCD not just on the EVF) but nothing was happening. It went away after I pushed the zoom button again so nothing to worry about...i hope

My cam was doing this on B17 right before she went back for the big upgrade. It would go black for 3-5 seconds but the image would eventually come back at 1:1. When I went back to full it would do it again.

They fixed this when they did the upgrade on my cam. Perhaps this is a camera issue. I have not had any problems on B20.

It just came back from the upgrade. Can´t imagine its the hardware.

Yes... same happened here yesterday. Sometimes the switchover was instant, other times I'd have to wait 5 seconds - very unnverving. This was compounded by the FP thinking he hadn't switched it over and in the meantime switching it back again to magnification.

a) what monitors you have hooked up

b) if you are in OPEN GATE

c) what the EVF REFRESH setting is - Fixed or Sync ?

The settings on my camera currently are

EVF : SYNCED
Open Gate: Not checked
Monitors:- This happened as far as I can remember both with and without monitors plugged in ,though for the most part they were plugged in and they were sony 9" location HD though I am still waiting to have this confirmed.

Sony 9" BVMD9H5E monitors

Refresh Output: 50hz (25P) but no Monitor locked on HD/SDI
Open Gate: Not checked
No test until now with LCD.
