  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

No more need for .RMD files?

I have a clip from a shoot where the camera has been set to IPP2. In RC-X, all the tint values etc are being read off the R3D file, in the absence of the .RMD which the DIT hadn't sent over. Other software with the new SDK seems to be reading this metadata too from the .R3D. Does that make the .RMD a legacy file now?

No. If there is no RMD file, a new one will be generated as soon as any adjustments are made.
